  Amazing training facility and environment. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful, and there's a great sense of community.

  A great team and coaches. Everyone is very willing to help out and share in what they know. Coaches make everyone feel welcome and there is always a great bit of craic

  I was nervous about start BJJ but i could not of picked a better place to start than with Myles and Mick in Team Ryano Kilkenny! The lads off an amazing facility to begin your journey in, the classes are suited to everyone old/young & male/female of all ability's. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door is warm and friendly and you immediately feel like you are park of the family.

  Really friendly atmosphere and great coaches make this a fantastic gym to train in. I've only been there a short while and I've learned so much already. Would highly recommend to anybody!

  I wanted to start BJJ for quite some time, I went with this club and now I am delighted I did. Classes are really enjoyable and the coaches are extremely professional along with being so approachable. I would highly recommend this gym to anybody wishing to develop their skill in any shape way or form.
