  The Telecom store does not have a refund policy even with a receipt . I will not purchase anything from this shop again .The attitude of the co owner leaves a lot to be desired and he should do a course on customer relations .I purchased a cordless phone which turned out was not suitable .I returned to the shop with my receipt and and the seal still on the phone box and was informed in a rude manner that the shop does not do refunds . As a gesture of goodwill I expected my money back but goodwill is in short supply in this shop

  In response to Mr Geary. Telecom Stores does have a refund and exchanges policy. Your situation as was explained to you at the time was not covered under our policy.
