::The hotel location is absolutely 10 out of 10. The lobby dan the restaurant ambience were excellent. Hotel rooms interior were outdated and looked a bit dirty. We did not sleep well because the room was so stuffy, With only a small window opening and no air conditioning. The old mattress and old bed sheets made it worse The last thing you want after 1 full day of excursion, is having a stuffy room and uncomfortable bed

::Fantastic hotel, right in the middle of town square, great pubs & restaurants & castle within 5 minutes walk,, parking is 1st come.. but easy... traditional live music was awesome ,, it's a keeper...

::Quaint hotel in the heart of Donegal Town. Accommodations were better than expected. Breakfast was included in our package and the food was delicious and the waitstaff charming. I am not one for night life, so I don't know if there is a club. Walking distance to the heart of town.

::The Diamond was a step outside the front door. Lovely! Service and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were all cheerful and friendly. Our room overlooked the water way and was clean and comfy. Quiet for sleeping. We would definitely stay at the Abbey Hotel again.

::Nice hotel. Some would consider it old fashioned, but it's clean and the staff were lovely. Great music in the bar, very lively. Very central location too. Would definitely stay again.
