  I booked an apt with Dr. Gilles to have an IPL facial peel about 8 weeks ago. I found him hard to really understand on the consult, very focused on selling the reform products. I was also surprised that he endorses the use of wipes to remove make up. Regardless, as I had paid my money I returned for the IPL treatment. He was not that friendly and seemed disinterested. I knew I would not return but went through with the procedure (hard to turn back when you are in the room). All went fine even if I did have to remind him of the location of the age spots I wanted removing (he did not refer back to the photos taken). But a day later I noticed a big chunk of my eyebrow came away. I was annoyed but assumed it would grow back. No!! It’s IPL, no growing back. I’m so annoyed with myself for being uncomfortable with this dermatologist in the first place and going ahead with the treatment.

  Terrible receptionist. If the greeting is that bad, I’m glad I didn’t stay to find out what the rest of the place is like.

  Dr Naomi and her staff are on point when it comes to skincare and providing a good service. All consultations and communication has been managed really well. And I’m really happy with the results of her work and skincare knowledge. Thanks dr Naomi and team for your work and professionalism.

  Its actually surprisingly difficult to find a decent botox Doctor in Dublin, but I think I may have landed on my toes with this hidden gem on Fitzwilliam Square. I paid for Botox by the unit as opposed to by area, meaning I only paid for what I needed. Superb and very natural result, extremely pleased. Dr. Lena was an absolute lady and listened to exactly what I wanted. I felt immediately at ease from the moment I arrived was greeted by the owner ad offered a coffee. Surgery is spotless and felt like I was in good hands. My family and friends have all commented on how refreshed I look, thanks guys, see you in a few months time!

  Amazing staff and very competent doctor. I went there to get botox and lips fillers and everyone says I look so fresh and natural. I also asked about my skin problems signe pregnancy and got some very useful advices and now my skin looks and feels so much better. The doctor was very friendly, taking the time to listen. I have 100% trust, feeling like new!
