  Twice I have been really stuck & twice the guys have been outstanding. Very helpful and professional. can't recommend them enough

  I left BR with a bike and a good aftertaste about the service. Al, a very enthusiastic mechanic/sales, guided me through the shop's assortment, never tried to upsell or push me to buy unnecessary accessories. I also heard him talk to people on the phone and he was very patient giving extensive answers. Should I tell you that some shops treat their customers for granted? Well, BR is a different story. Unlike other shops, BR have "real" MTB bikes, not "order and have it in 2 months". Only downsides are probably location and lack of space in the shop. Anyways, fully and truly recommended.
