  Went to John exactly two months ago, primarily with knee pain. He adjusted my bike and there has now been a huge improvement in my knee to the point where its nearly cleared up at this stage. He performed a very thorough examination on me and also identified and addressed a few other issues with old injuries that I had forgotten about. He is very knowledgeable and I will be recommending him to anyone needing physio in future.

  Did a physio assessment and bike fit with John. Real sound guy. Did a very thorough assessment due to previous injury and full bike fit. Very impressed, have been out a good few time for 100k spins and seems much more comfortable on the bike. Great tips on training and exercises too. Highly recommend John.

  I’d bought a new bike and had set it up myself based on previous bike fits, but knee pain prompted me to look for Johns help. While the bike changes were subtle, saddle tweaks and dropped handlebars for a more aggressive position, they made a heck of a difference to comfort level, knee issue and power transfer. Johns approach is very welcoming and relaxed, he’s a mine of information. His gave many recommendations including physio advice to help improve weaknesses. Would recommend a visit!

  John is a sound as they come, and really knows his stuff! Very comprehensive service including a nice coffee (all cyclists love their coffee!) and a few adjustments to my new ride were needed. Completed a 100km spin a few days later with no aches or pains and felt very comfortable throughout, many thanks John

  Decided to wait a few weeks before writing a review in case of any placebo effect. Happy to say I am delighted with John's advice and the adjustments he made to the bike setup are superb. John's knowledge of physiotherapy and bike fitting are an excellent combination.
