  Stayed here for three nights. Room was small but comfortable. This was not an issue as there is music in the bar every night as well as loads to do in the town. Food was fine and there is a restaurant and a bistro as well as the bar. Food is reasonably priced. Spa and leisure facilities available. Activities for kids as well in the summer. Great special breaks for senior citizens at reasonable prices. Not the cheapest hotel though but I thought it was worth it. There was a problem with the toilet in the bedroom when I arrived which was sorted almost immediately.

  We found the staff were lovely and friendly. Check in was very quick and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodation The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, especially as it was serviced to you at the table. Bar staff in the bar were friendly, there was entertainment on every night. This was our second time at the Castlecourt Hotel and will be back again.

  This is our third time staying at the Castlecourt and it is like a home away from home. You can tell it is a family run establishment and great care and pride is taken in the quality of the service, warmth of the welcome and professionalism that is offered by every single member of the staff, they couldn't be nicer if they tried. Keep up the great work we will be back again.

  You cannot touch the Castlecourt hotel for consistency, friendly and professional. It has everything you need. Food is good but please guys change your sausages. If you don't believe me check the breakfast plates coming back, how many have them uneaten? There are some excellent suppliers locally.

  Room was spotless clean, bathroom had good selection of toiletries. Only problem here was the hot tap in sink - flow was poor. However the bed and everything else was very comfortable in Room 261. It's nice to have a lovely warm breakfast delivered to your table instead of buffet breakfast. We loved the new look lobby and like always we will be back again.
