::I had beer battered cod and chips at lunch time. The fish was so fresh, it fell apart, absolutely delicious. Lovely ambience for lunch. Waiter was very attentive and polite

::A lovely clean hotel with a great comfortable bed. The check in was quick ¬ Not all the facilities were explained to us, such as bar area & where breakfast would be served. That would be being picky as we both enjoyed the stay. A lovely touch left in our room upon arrival. Thanks

::Great hotel. Nice spacious rooms and the bed was comfy. The pillows not so much but we made it work. The staff in the bar was amazing and especially Satish. Very nice guy and remembered exactly the wine my wife ordered the night before when I went back the next night to get a bottle to take to the room. Within a 20 min walk to Trinity University and Temple bar district.

::My hubby took me to the Davenport on Sunday for afternoon tea as a belated mothers' day treat and I must say, I was blow away by the quality of the food and tea; by far the best I've had in Dublin or anywhere in Ireland to be honest! The cream scones and jam were an absolute highlight and I'll be back here with my own mother, girlfriends and/or colleagues at the next available opportunity! Highly recommended!!
