  Your employee Bruce saved a situation from becoming problematic for your company. I purchased, from the catalogue, a Hartford City Oak Table and four Tampa chairs. On delivery the table was found to have a number of flaws and one chair back was damaged. A replacement table and new chair arrived the following week only to see, again, that the table was very roughly finished and had little chips out of it. Your delivery men agreed that the table top was not acceptable and Bruce said he would take care of the problem and return the table to me in two days - which he did. The table top was beautifully finished and varnished to a high standard and I wish you to know that his quick-thinking and problem-solving manner saved your company from having the whole dining set returned to you and my asking for a refund. May I respectfully suggest the following procedure: Bruce to examine all furniture received into your warehouse (take them out of their packaging). Bruce can then assess and attend to any flaws so that when they are delivered to your customers they are in perfect condition. Thus saving time and energy delivering and re-delivering furniture and having happy instead of cranky dissatisfied customers!

  My advice to others is to wait until the bank holiday sales in the big well known furniture stores. They sell the same items for cheaper. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. We are in the middle of a horrible experience with them and will never set foot in this shop again. They have zero customer service skills and do not care about customer satisfaction from what I can see they just care about taking your money. We are €500 short and still have no furniture. Steer clear and save yourself the heartache.

  Maura was the RUDEST woman I have ever encountered!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Chairs I was going to purchase were €20 more expensive then another retailer! Completely unprofessional and zero customer service, avoid AVOID AVOID!!!!!

  Could not recommend this more highly. We visited the outlet in Santry and found the best prices here by some distance. For the quality you are getting you will not find better value. We bought our kitchen table and chairs for almost 1 third of the price being quoted in other stores for the exact same brand.Very surprised by the other reviews- Maura looked after us and was not only helpful but a great laugh to go with it.
