  I missed my an appointment but was able to rebook another 45 minutes after missed one. That was awesome. Sara was very gentle and took her time with me ( 2 hrs and 15 min) she definitely put in all her effort which I greatly appreciate. She wasn't the best at shaping or painting but she's fairly young and took longer than more experienced nail technicians. €45
