::Alright hotel but the room had a smell and the carpet was stained. Attention to detail wasn't great as the main light in the bathroom was not working, staff at checkout not the friendliest nor did they Ask about our stay. Breakfast buffet had a good selection but had to chase staff to get coffee. Seems to be more style over substance which is a shame as really wanted to like it.

::Nice hotel. Seemed a bit hectic though. Room was lovely couldn't fault it. Breakfast was the usual breakfast staff lovely. Had dinner included in deal it was absolutely horrible. Would never eat there again. Bad bland attempt at fine dining. Couldn't believe we were actually seven a plate of carrots. Heard bar food was nice but steer clear of the dinner that is included in price. View lovely from room. Problems with key card twice no apology from malevolent reception.

::Great hotel, ill go back! Nice rooms, cheap parking and nice bar food. 4 of us intended to head to a pub but had so much fun in the hotel bar that we stayed in.

::Stayed 2 nights. Hotel is really nice the bars are great with Jazz on in one bar area the weekend we stayed. The only downside with the rooms, on the side of the hotel we stayed (to the rear) the windows were high up which gave a basement feel to the room but other than that Hotel was excellent. We had food one evening in the Hotel Restaurant and it was quite simply the worse food we ever got served, really bad. We sent 2 of our 4 mains back the were uneatable and the other 2 mains weren't much better. Restaurant was grand for breakfast but STAY AWAY after that.

::Love this hotel, the room was so nice, very clean and comfortable. The food was also amazing in the bat and the staff couldn't have done a better job! They were so helpful at all times. I cannot wait to visit The Glasshouse again :)
