  Great place. Great value for money. Menu and food in the bar amazing. Breakfast could be better .

  This place is a joke! How it can say it has four stars I do not know. The room wasn’t clean, the shower door was falling off its hinges, the shower was a warm trickle at best, the electrics didn’t work and there was no hair dryer. To top it all the walls are paper thin and the room was uncomfortably warm with no way to cool it. I asked for a fan and was told that they were all locked away for the night. Thankfully we only stayed one night but needless to say I will never be back. The only positive was the polite and helpful reception staff but aside from that it was very disappointing.

  Absolutely Amazing Hotel. Staff were so helpful and friendly Leisure centre was brilliant and the food was excellent. Walk out the side gate of the hotel and your on the walkway around Rougey. Right beside the beach. Will be returning again very soon.

  Recently stayed here for a wedding. Check-in was rushed and didn't tell me what time check-out was or that the room was not ready. Food at the wedding was superb. The room was a little dated but comfortable. The bedrooms need better sound insulation as I could hear every step and word from the guests directly above. When checking out, the front desk lady made a call while attending to me and I mentioned that the shower didn't drain.

  Because of the great hospitality shown to us from the time we arrived till our time of departure. The room was beautiful, the food was excellent and the staff both lovely and brilliant. We had a very relaxing few days away.
