  Really poor service. One of us ordered the house salad and stated she doesn't eat meat so could she have it without chicken. After a long wait the salad arrived.....with bacon. We then said could we just have soup and chips instead as we were told it was Veg soup. Then they came back again and it was mushroom soup. We asked 4 times for ketchup for the kids meal till we finally got it. Won't be rushing back

  We have been here after our company's event. Our boss paid some drinks for our team and she left. After that the bartender stoped to serve us. We ordered some drinks and they just did not do it. (Of course it was paid). After 15 minutes being ignored by the bartender we left the place and the money paid in advanced. I wish I could leave a negative feedback because this is what the service in this place deserves.

  Is the worst customer service i have ever had. We were out with our colleagues and we paid up front for drinks and after we were getting the second round they made us wait for 20 minutes and after we asked where were the drinks the bartender just ignored us about 5 times. The manager just ridicuslously said sorry. We had to leave more then 20 euro credit. Absolutely the worst

  Worst service ever. We paid upfront for drinks. After paying bartender just stoped serving, waited 15 minutes ( :o ) for a round and when asked again the bartender ignored us. Requested to speak to the manager, this one only apologised and offer no solution. Gave 1 star because negative is not possible.

  Amazing place. Great food. Great staff. V friendly and warm. Fab cocktails. Great ambience. Place looks fantastic. Would recommend highly.
