  I purchased tiles from Italian Tile & Stone showroom in Swords for the first time in November 2017 and was delighted with the care and attention I was shown from first entering the shop. The customer service was great, from helpful advice in choosing the tiles, right through to the timely collecdtion of my order. I was also delighted with the quality of the tiles I purchased, and returned to place a second order in January 2018. I would fully recommend Italian Tile & Stone to anyone looking for quality tiles and decent service.

  I was recommended by a friend to visit the Italian tile showroom after telling her I couldn't find a specific design tile. I first went online where I found exactly what I was looking for. The following day I received a phone call while on the way to the showroom. I was given directions and once arriving in the showroom, I was given plenty of time and advice and various design options from a wide choice of tiles. I have placed my order and I am delighted.   We got 2 sets of tiles from the Italian tile and stone company. They have great stock and unique tiles but their after service is second to none, we had a couple of issue with our tilers and they put every effort into help us get over the issue. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

  We were very pleased not only with the vast stock and tile options but also with the top notch customer service. Aidan from the Swords showroom was exception in truly helping us figure out what tiles would best suit our kitchen. The consultation services provided here are a great add-on that doesn’t add to the final costs of your tiles. We just placed our order and all staff was very helpful and accommodating with our delivery time and needs.
