::Great toasty sandwich and a nice staff. Good place to pop in for a pint.

::We were there for a poetry meeting. They had a decent selection of beer. The space was a bit small for the number of people that attended; however, we still had fun and met great people. The downstairs was empty; so, I got a few good pictures of this famous location. We heard the food is good. It s a good place to pop into while you in city center or on your lunch break. It is very cozy.

::Great to still be able to visit a traditional pub in the city centre where you can catch up with people and talk. Nice pint of Murphys too. The gents have "character" but I suppose the lack of a roof over some of it helps keep things fresh.

::Very typical 'old mans pub' in the city centre. Great atmosphere at weekends. Great stop for soup /sandwich /pint lunch. A must visit when in Cork. Gentlemen - you must visit the 'jacks' for a trip way back in time. Hint: Cross your fingers when you want to take a leak that it's not raining '-)

::Such a cozy little pub in the center of town. Lunch menu had a lot of good options. I recommend the seafood chowder which came with brown bread. Toilets look like they did when the pub first opened 60 or so years ago...freezing!! Mens is outdoors. :0)
