  This place deserves NO stars!! Horrible healthcare centre. To start the receptionist has no manners what so ever, very arrogant and she is not willing to help but to make you feel like a dumb person. Then, there’s this “dr. FAZEL MEMOM” who’s let me even more frustrated after when I told him I’ve had severe headaches for the previous month and was concerned if it could be a possible migraine or something else and what to do next. He laughted at me, put his crossed hands behind his head and nearly lying down on his chair being so careless his answer was: ‘if you think it could be a migraine you can search for it in google and have a look for its symptoms!’ SERIOUSLY????? I sincerely think nobody makes the effort to pay €60 to have an appointment with a doctor and hear: “search it on google” Not to mention a 6 months prescription which I always had with previous doctor, and he gave it to me for 3 months ONLY!! I asked his name at the end of consultation and he didn’t even bothered answering, he just pointed at the door(which was closed), and I opened it and saw his name at the front. Just thought he acted in a unnecessary and rude manners towards a new patient. I was so upset and frustrated on that day that I couldn’t even think of making a complaint while I was there. But I hope my review will help and make people not spend their time and money with consultations in this clinic.

  The worst medical center I have ever visited, my wife was complaining about the receptionist and one of the doctors but I couldn't believe that a medical center will hire such bad persons until I went to the second visit with her and the doctor was very arrogant and didn't even listen to us and mentioned that we have only 10 minutes with him, eventually we didn't trust him nor the prescription he wrote.

  Made an appointment with one doctor, got another one. After spending some time with the doctor, I was warned that I'm only given a limited time for the consultation. Told the doctor I've pains, it was ignored and told me that I'm ok. Got reference to go to hospital without being told what is to be done. Had to dig out words from the doctor. Like, can I go today to the hospital? Should I fast? What are those test for? You know, things that you are meant to get the information for. I'm not meant to ask every single time. I'm not the doctor, you are, you know better, so you better f**king tell me what you should be telling me. Jesus.

  I made an appointment for my wife to see a doctor on Tuesday 23rd at 11.20 am. She arrived at the surgery at 11 am and was left sitting there while others who arrived in after her were being seen to. Eventually she approached the receptionist to ask what the situation was as she had to collect her children from school at 12.20 pm and was eventually seen at 12.05 pm. She was seen by Dr. Fatal Memon and when she showed her ailment to him he asked her "what is it " she said she didn't know and that was the reason she was there. He told her she had an attitude problem and gave her a letter to go to the hospital to get it sorted. She phoned me very upset and dismayed at the service she received also she was none the wiser as to what her medical problem was. She paid €60 for the privilege of waiting nearly an hour to be seen by someone then a two minute consultation where she was insulted.... not a very professional service. This is our first time to use this medical centre and no doubt the last. If this is the level of service provided by the medical centre then I for one will not be recommending it any time in the future I will be dropping in to convey my disgust and will wish to speak to a manager about this matter.
