::Slow service and disorganized. We waited 25 minutes for two toasted sandwiches. People who ordered before us were out in 10 minutes. People who ordered after us got their orders before us. They were lying to us as to why it took so long. They were shuffling receipts and simply screwed up. Just admit and don't lie. Learn to be more organized.

::Absolutely love everything about this place! We are visiting from the US. The cafe is cozy and gorgeously decorated. Staff is so friendly and at least 3 helped us. Food was all delicious. LOVE that they have books and play equipment for kids. They even offered me a fleece, as we were dining outside and it was still a bit chilly.
