I bought a painted kitchen from their range in August 2017 and chose black as the colour. It was delivered without issue however 1 week after installation the paint began to chip off on a number of doors. Their customer service team were ok to deal with but it took 2 months for the first attempt to replace the doors, they blamed the chipping on issues with the paint curing. One of the doors however was returned with very visible scratches on it that had been painted over so it was returned for a 2nd time. On the next attempt another mark was plain to see and had also been painted over so the door had to be returned a 3rd time. On the 4th attempt the door was returned in good condition however in the interim paint continued to chip off the edges of the drawer doors and the bar under wall cabinets. While the kitchen is very sturdy and looks fabulous I wouldn't buy from them again as the paint they use is not good and they have very poor quality control on their products.

If I could give no stars at all I would...paid for kitchen in Oct 2017 when requested kitchen for fitting in December informed that they had sold some of our units and wouldn't get new ones till Jan 2018. When units arrived no corner units mistake made by planner charged our contractor for units not received planning to go consumer's rights.

Poor products, poor customer aftercare and very poor service. A pull down shirt rail that was put in 6 years ago was broken for the second time. I rang the Santry branch to check if they had any in stock and was told that there was plenty in stock at a cost of 90 euro. I drove all the way over in traffic only to be told when I got there that not only did they have none in stock but that they didn't stock them anymore. I expressed how angry I was for having wasted my time but the girl who served me was totally apathetic and told me to try IKEA.
