  My stay at the Rhu was ruined on check -in, i arrived in happy spirits checking in with my husband we were greeted by ANN ,( the owner) aside from her uniform looking un - ironed and dirty, Ann did not lift her head up from the desk to smile and greet us , instead she barked who did you book with , followed by the name!! i told her my surname 3 times spelling it quite clearly two times, in the end my husband said it and she found the booking, she didn't tell us the time for breakfast or where we had to go, i feel she could do with attending a customer care course ,as the hotel is lovely and clean and a perfect breakfast (cold room) but the whole thing could of been ruined by insulting your paying guests, stay away from the reception area

  My wife and I just spent a couple of nights in the Rhu Glenn Hotel. Its not often that i have said about staying in a hotel on a break that from the moment i walked into the a hotel till I left i enjoyed every moment of it,but I can say that about the Rhu Glenn Hotel. The room was clean ,warm and cosy with a proper spacious bathroom. A large warm lounge in which to relax in. The food also in the bar was also hot ,tasty ,and edible. Last but not least were freindly staff in the hotel . Nothing was to much trouble for them if you asked them to help you with a problem. I would go back again and recomend anyone to give it a try.   Usually very friendly and good range of all-day food.Very quiet today and felt cold because the usual roaring winter fire was not lighting.

  Beautiful hotel food was fab rooms are a little cold overall lovely experience would recommend
