  This company is brilliant. From being available in the shop, but not hovering, to explaining in a clear and easy to understand way what is involved and being passionate about their work. I cannot commend this company enough. We first spoke with them in person last June and they did their utmost to meet and exceed our specific needs. The wood stove was installed last September and doesn't just look amazing but they also solved the issue with the drafts in the living room. The heat is brilliant. We have no hesitation in recommending The Soot Doctor team.

  Excellent service received from the soot doctor. The employee Matt arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional and did a thorough job cleaning my stoves chimney. He left no mess and was very informed answering any questions I had relating to improving the efficiency of my stove in the future. I would have no problem using the soot doctor in the future and would highly recommend them.

  I recently arranged for the Soot Doctor to clean chimneys for both my Dad and my father-in-law, both of whom are elderly. Keith arrived on time, was kind, pleasant, did a great job and cleaned up beautifully. Dad and father-in-law very pleased! A Farrell.
