Communication with the team has always been first class and they have been happy to provide advice when needed. I have shopped here several times and it has always been above and beyond expectations. Items always perfectly packed and very quick delivery at the promised time (which is free if you spend over €50). Highly recommended.

::Great customer service. I ordered a variety of plants which came very quickly. There was a problem - some of the stuff came damaged. I notified John and he was great. He sent more immediately and even arranged collection for the damaged ones. Emails were sent through the whole process. I will definitely be using them again. Sidenote: they were 15% cheaper than anywhere I found for the same plants and delivery was very cheap.. It was a quarter of the price of a place 5 mins from me. Cheers John

::I bought a patio heater on line on a Tuesday and requested delivery for the following Friday without fail it arrived early Friday morning in time for the weekend. John was extremely helpful to me in choosing the correct heater for my needs. An electric halogen. I would highly reccommend the Garden Shop.
