  the company 3.ie ... this is worse than bad... I am a broadband customer for 5 years. We live in the sticks. Things got from very bad to worse lately. Service got really bad after being promised faster internet and actually paying more per months. Calling support does not make any difference and it takes too much time. If you think that you should get compensation from 3 for promised service not provided, think again. You have signed the contract without reading the small-print which leaves you at 3`s mercy. They are legally permitted not to supply any wifi at all. While I`m writing this the connection went on and off at least 8 times. This service is only for the strong-hearted. I`ll be out of here when my contract finishes end of February. It is inconsistent coverage to none at all. Not worth a curse... totally frustrated and very very unhappy customer...
