::El coche tenía roto el retrovisor derecho por lo que era peligroso conducirlo. Lo advertí cuando lo cogí, pero dijeron no tener otro. También envié emails a la compañía, sin tener respuesta. En Shannon intenté cambiarlo y también dijeron no tener. Al final estuve 18 días con el coche, afortunadamente no ocurrió nada, aunque conduje con inseguridad. Además, el coche no tenía apenas detalles, las ventanas traseras eran manuales, la radio muy básica, luz y limpiaparabrisas no automáticos... Para rematar, tuve gastos no informados en la reserva, como el de entregar el coche en Shannon o pagar con tarjeta de crédito. Por cierto, la reserva la hice con mucho tiempo, en marzo. El año pasado la hice con Europa también a Irlanda y me fue mucho mejor.

::Possibly one of the worst car rental experiences I've had. Guy at the counter was completely rude and obnoxious. I booked and paid for the car on their site, when I got there was charged a much higher insurance rate than other car companies. Don't book with this group if you want stress-free car hiring experience in Cork or Ireland for that matter.

::Finger Weg! Ich habe für 5Tage einen Mietwagen in Irland (Cork Airport) gebucht. Der Vermieter war Thrifty/Hertz/Dollar. Ich kann nur sagen, komplette Abzocke! Meine Buchung (Es war alles im voraus bezahlt...km, Versicherungen etc.) war am Schalter komplett uninteressant. Mir wurden Zusatzkosten von +85% zum eigentlichen Buchungspreis aufgetischt! Selbst meine Beteuerung ich hätte bereits alle Versicherungen wurden nicht berücksichtigt. Absichtliche Abzocke! Ich kann nur sagen Niemal wieder! Lass die Finger von dieser Abzocke!

::Just spoke to a 'gentleman' at Thrifty car rental in Cork to find out if any other charges in addition to the offer on Ryanair.He said they would block EUR1600 from my card in case of damage to the car and an additional EUR16 Euro insurance a day.I tried to ask him another question and he put the phone down on me!!! How rude is that
