  Very helpful and pleasant staff-- even offered to wrap presents I had bought outside of the shop for free because they weren't busy, which was very helpful on a busy day! Very much appreciated. 😎

  We were recently at Tierney's Gift shop buying a set of crystal glasses to bring back to the U.S. The manager was so congenial and helpful. She even took the time to individually pack each glass in bubble wrap for our long journey home. We will be back in Dublin in a few months and plan on visiting your shop again. Back home I supervise a staff of 180 employees and your manager is one they could all emulate. Cheers.

  I always enjoyed browsing and buying items in this store but today my usual enjoyable experience was marred by a very rude shop assistant. I was looking to buy a himalian salt fire bowl lamp and as there were none on display i asked if there was one in the store room. The assistant bought out the lamp and the box looked a bit battered. I proceeded to checking out the contents and it really looked like it had been dropped. When I said this to the assistand she retorted with " WellI did'nt make it!!". It took a few seconds to realise that this comment from her was quite unprofessional and very rude behaviour with a potiential customer. I told her that She is a really rude person, and she was sneering at me. I will be ringing the manager of this store tomorrow as no customer deserves to be belittled in such a fashion.
