  I had a very bad experience there. I didn't get the professional services that I expected. It took 2 weeks to get my results whereas I was supposed to get them within 2 days. Also, you are treated as a customer, not as a patient. Avoid it.

  I book the appointment 3 weeks before for hepatitis A and typhoid. They were on time. The doctor take her time to explain everything about the vaccine and give good advice. The nurses was really pro and made us comfortable. I recommend TMB for anyone wanting information before visiting Tropical countries!

  Phoned around 2 weeks ago to find hep A vaccine for my niece. Was told it was in stock so booked an appointment for hep A .travelled over 60 km and took a day off work to be told no hep A in stock. Apparently they don't hold it for your appointment...so now have to come back, take another day off work...why cant they at least advise customers to phone day before appointment to check if what they need is available.not book appointment and take a consultation fee to be told they don't have what you need in stock...really not a good enough service...especially seeing from a previous post this seemed to be an issue 11 months ago and nothing has changed.

  I used TMB's website to make an appointment. I then received a call from TMB using the mobile number that I had given them in the online form to confirm a different appointment date for when they had availability. I then arrived at the scheduled appointment date and time today, to be told that it was actually (in TMB's opinion) yesterday. I told them that I had received no call, text or email confirming the appointment. The receptionist then read out my phone number - and it was wrong. As I pointed out to her, they had the correct phone number with which to call me to the make the appointment but clearly due to their error they mistyped my phone number in their records and that it was also likely that they had mixed up the appointment date. The receptionist was borderline hostile - there was no question of the customer being right - or any effort to reschedule me within the next two weeks - or any sense that the fault was anything but mine. Go elsewhere folks.
