  We had an issue with an egg stroller where the leaver to move the buggy from lying down to sitting up stopped working and so we brought it in and they were sorry and gave us a display one to borrow while ours was getting fixed.. this was when my baby was six weeks. They told us it would be up to six weeks to get fixed or replaced but no longer and they would contact us. Well... 8 weeks went by and no word so I called and they said that nothing was even done about it yet.. not fixed or another ordered and they would contact us within the next week.. two more weeks went by and my husband called.. again they said they couldn't figure out what was wrong. And they would order another one... never heard from them again. My husband called in and they had lost our buggy left him waiting an hour to find it and said they would give us a new one. A few days passed and my husband got a "new" one and I opened it and it was scratched and dusty and had no new tag on it. . It looked like our original one that we had problems with but it was slightly fixed.. I will NOT be buying anything else from this store. They are nice but extremely disorganised!!!!

  They really took their time to show me and explain everything to me. I was allowed to ask as much as I liked. I really felt appreciated. And at the end I got a very good deal as well!

  Helpful friendly staff. They don't pester, so you can look at stuff at your own leisure. Busy at weekend s. Better to go during the week.
