  The backup provided when there was a ticketing issue was awful out of normal business hours. The UK office who were assigned to cover did nothing to help and left us on our own to resolve directly with the airline. Would have been better off booking flights directly with the airline.

  This year i used trailfinders for the first time and i must say i was really pleased. It is lovely in this day and age to be able to actually talk to a travel agent and be able to ask their advice . I was lucky enough to deal with two very helpful people in the Cork Office, Kate and John Paul and between us we organised a brilliant holiday to Bali and Malaysia. They organised all our flights so that the tied together nicely without having to hang around airports for too long. They even reserved our seats on the flights. When we reached our destinations our transport was waiting for us to take us to our hotels and our hotels were amazing. It was so stress free. We had a brilliant time and a holiday to remember for all the right reasons, and i know that is due to Trailfinders and their fantastic staff. Thank you all for everything.
