  Awful experience. Expected quick €25 blow dry. Instead was subjected to 1 hr 30 min of rubbish and charged €75. Obviously I didn't pay this amount. What a skame. Avoid at all costs. Weird spot.

  I would hate to be the person who would write a bad review but in this case, I have to. I purchased a voucher from Groupon for a wash, cut and blow-dry, however I got an uneven bob by a "stylist" who did not speak a word of English and kept on cutting the bob shorter in the front until he cut so much of my hair that I had to ask the Creative Director of the studio (who was translating and even though she saw that he was not doing a great job and I was getting anxious, did not interfere and get things under control). The result: I had to go to another salon and get it fixed and cut way shorter because of this. They were lovely but this is not the point. I paid for a professional service and all I got was a real bad haircut. Lesson learned.

  I bought a voucher worth €40 euro on groupon, for my sister to get her hair done for her 19th birthday. The voucher became expired as she was away and in college and they wouldn't let me use it. Very annoyed.

  Lovely staff, not English speaking which was a big problem. But just showed pic of style I wanted and she did a good job. Don't think I'll go back though. Quite tense trying to explain what I wanted.
