  Recently I brought my turbo charger up to be reconditioned. I received it back and they told me I had a one year warranty. When my mechanic fitted it he told me that my oil pump in the engine was gone therefore the turbo charger was no good to me. So I decided to bring it back to the turbo centre to see could I get my money back as the turbo had not been actually used only fitted. I waited for over two weeks for a reply so I had to go up myself and they told me I would have to speak to the boss the boss told me that I could not get my money back for the turbo and then he offered me €100 and I had paid €300. Found this very disrespectful as the turbo was in perfect condition and not used. I will never use this company again and I will inform anyone I know not to use this company again. Now I’m down €300 and left with a turbo charger that’s of no use to me. This is a disgrace especially around Christmas time when money is tight

  Very poor service, they wont explain anything and just try get as much money as possible

  Extremely rude lads.would not explain anything to me when asked questions.would not go back.

  Very bad service. Bought turbo which was faulty and had unpleasant experience after i reported this. . Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. Very Dodgy company.
