  Darren is a top professional. He treated a sports injury of mine in one session that allowed me to play a vital rugby match the next day. He helps you understand his treatment techniques and gave me excellent follow on exercises and stretches. I would highly recommend Darren.

  Darren doesn't waste your time and takes pride in seeing you walk out the door in better shape than you came in. His knowledge and expertise are top class. His treatment of injuries is high quality and for me has been a great help getting me back playing from a complicated knee injury.

  Darren is a genius. He gave me real confidence of trusting my body after multiple injuries that I had. Ankle, back, elbow, hip and and hamstring injuries have all been put behind me. I am the fittest, strongest, fastest I have even been thanks to Underground Elements. He is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge and always available to help. I just can't wait for the next session .

  I've used UE Performance Therapy for physical therapy treatment on a lower back problem as well as to obtain a strength and conditioning programme. Both experiences were of the highest order and I couldn't speak more highly of the service provided by Darren. The physical therapy treatment was extremely effective as it relieved the discomfort in my lower back and Darren also showed me techniques I could use to prevent further stiffness in that area. Darren also tailored a strength and conditioning programme to my individual needs and a demonstration of all exercises were performed in the gym which I found extremely useful. A top quality service.
