  Still waiting after 15 minutes to see a cashier, so to pass the time I decided to google Ulster Bank salaries. The average reported salary for a senior manager is just under €118,000 per year. Ergo two senior managers pay packets could employ five cashiers. This would put an end to my other passtime while waiting, feeling sorry for the staff getting a really hard time from other disgruntled customers.

  They can close your account with the following explanation "No reason given we just want to close it" Don't recommend to anyone! It's a shame they represent Ireland... well as most of the cases they represent there only interests take more and more money from people and enrich them selves. be aware they might just not like you and give you a notice we are closing your account find another bank!

  Worst bank ever for mortgage. I got badly stung. You see it in the news too. I will never have anything to do with Ulster Bank. AIB has much better customer service.

  Friendly staff any time that I have been here. Convenient when in the city centre.

  Large, busy branch of Ulster Bank. The service is efficient and friendly. Staff are very helpful.
