  The Ulster Bank are not the bank they used to be. Counter service is very poor but they can find employees to come outside the counter instead of being behind the counter looking after the customers. I find this as a great annoyance and I said it to one of them the other day. We are allowing our banks to treat us like robots. Stop it and provide proper service to all customers.

  Friendly staff but so so slow. Could they not have gotten an ATM where you can lodge money. So backwards and the “fast lodgement” isn’t immediate so not that helpful

  Useful ATM here and one just outside the front door to the left as your leaving
