  Spent many hours waiting ( when you add all the 20 minutes here, 30 minutes there every time you go in) in a queue to get a transaction done. Yet there's two or three bank employees asking if a ATM visit not do instead of wasting their time serving customers... The reality is they want your money but don't try and take it out so they make the branch visit such a time wasting experience you might choose not to go at all.

  I waited for 25 minutes to do a simple transaction and there was only 1 counter open while 2 members of staff handed out chocolate houses and another 2 stood talking about a night out. The staff were unhelpful and uninterested in the customers.
