  Very slow staff and often understaffed. Customers are left waiting for longer than they should. Yesterday there was only one worker at the counter who was having a chat with a customer while other employees were in the back not helping the long queue. Every time I go in it’s the same thing. Very disappointing service, management should be changed.

  Usually very long wait times for counter service. I think they deliberately only put one person on the counter to try and persuade people to use (cheaper to provide) online services instead. Maybe if their ATMs would allow people to lodge cash and cheques it might free up the solo counter to deal with more complex transactions.

  I have a business next door to the branch I have visited the branch lad a chat to the branch manager Had a few initially while trying to move mybpersknal and business accounts to the branch Have called call centre tried to get them to call back Its now 3 months later and still no progress after my initial interest in movong my accounts to them Service levels are terrible

  Are you in a good mood? Would you like to change that? If so go on down to Ulster bank in Terenure village! A que of 9 people waiting here and one person behind the desk. With three other randomers in Ulster bank uniforms asking stupid questions Absolute joke! No wonder the reviews here are so Shocking!

  The staff are brilliant, but queuing times can be very long.
