  I've been going to the Underground for over a year and a half, and also did some personal training. I highly recommend both - my fitness has greatly improved and I've toned up as well. The workouts change three times a week and each one is different. The trainers are all very helpful, they explain how to do everything really well and offer help during the classes. They give you different options for the more difficult exercises so you can start with the easiest option and see yourself progress, so it's suitable for all levels. There is also lots of advice on nutrition available too.

  I've been training at Underground fitness for over two years. I originally started to get stronger and fitter for another sport, which I did, I was amazed how quickly I saw results. The classes are well programmed and change every two days so you never get bored. Great people and atmosphere too. I absolutely love it. Well done Paddy and crew.

  I've been training in Underground Fitness over a year now and it is by far the best place to train. With such variety in the weekly classes along with a mixed range of fitness levels everyone works together to achieve their best. All the coaches are so encouraging and are there if you need any help. The atmosphere within the gym is always so positive and lively. I'd strongly recommend underground fitness and would tell anyone to give it a go! Results can been seen not only in appearance but in your physical every strength too.

  I have been training here for 6 weeks now I am really enjoying it. Training sessions are constantly changed and the trainers are well informed, supportive and very helpful. I hadn't trained properly for a couple of years, but now I am in to a routine I look forward to going each time. There is a good friendly atmosphere between everyone that goes. It's suitable for all fitness levels and with the first week being a free trial I suggest that you might give it a go if you were interested. Thanks to Paddy, Derek and Grace
