  Been a member since November '17 and thoroughly enjoying the classes. Brilliant way to stay fit and learn technique with a great bunch of lads. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get fit or start something new and the lads cater for all experience levels.

  Just signed up for my second block of classes, love boxfit 🥊 The hour class is tough but always different and goes quickly - Richie keeps pushing but never fails to have a laugh or two along the way, he's fab. Its a great class for all round fitness, no matter what your looking for - I would highly recommend it to all. I definitely always leave the class in a better mood than when I join - a great way to clear your head after a busy day 👍

  I started the boxfit class in terenure 6 weeks ago and have signed up for the second block - I am enjoying it that much! The hour workout is tough going but great fun! Richie D makes the class so enjoyable & mixes each session up so it's not repetitive. Great for fitness, cardio & toning - would highly recommend! Also a great way to shake off a busy day of work / study / etc! Great email tips from Richie D on nutrition & general well-being also!

  I just started with Richie and the Urban Fit Crew two weeks ago. I already love it and can feel the difference. The classes are tough but fun. You are pushed to your personal limit and Richie is there to help out, answer any questions, give nutritional information and provide a training plan that suits your needs. I have some old injuries and lower back problems but I am still able to train with the class because of the care and attention from Richie. Even though some of my exercises are slightly different to the rest of the class, I don't feel left out. I train as hard as everyone else. I could not recommend Urban Fit Crew highly enough. I look forward to training with Richie for as long as I can :)
