  Went in to get a power supply for an old VHS camera I found at home. I asked if I could return it if it doesn't work and the camera is just banjaxed. Mike, who I was dealing with told me to bring the camera in and he could test the camera out with the power supply in store. At first there was no joy with getting the camera to turn on but Mike did everything he could to get it working and it paid off! He even cleaned the camera where the old battery had leaked so I could now use the camera without the power supply when needed. They also happened to stock the cassettes for the VHS camera which I thought I'd have to go to the trouble of ordering online so it's safe to say I was extremely pleased with the customer service here and would deffo pop in again about any queries.

  Came into Urlan looking for a freeview box on Dec 24th. The guys working there could not have been any more helpful, such genuine people who care about their business and their customers. Went to the extra effort of tuning the box for us in the store before we left. Couldnt rate it any higher!

  I have been a customer of urlan TV for a number of years. Just recently I had to get a new remote control. I completed the order all through email and the staff were so obliging. Superb customer service. Great advice always given just a really well run establishment. I would highly recommend them.
