  I have just been turned away from this swiftcare clinic in Swords as the Drs are at capacity and it’s apparently a health and safety issue? I only saw 3 sets of people in the waiting room with 3 hours to closing time. I have suspected cellulitis on my arm which cannot wait until the morning. I am a paying VHI member with full cover for your swift clinic and have never once used any of my benefits! I cannot see how a waiting room of 3 sets of people is a health and safety concern?? Extremely disappointed with my first interaction with VHI. I now have to hope that the infection does not worsen before the morning.

  Doctor has checked me and said that there is no need to do x-ray because whatever it would show us the cure will be the same. So I didn't need to pay for additional x-ray.

  Misleading time stated on the website, my 20 minute wait turned into 2.5 hours. As a member it's not really acceptable.

  One benefit is less waiting time. Doctor very unprofessional would have to take them to court. Had car accident prescribed salpadeine, asked for xray he refused said i can visually see everything is ok. He was also laughing in my face that I'm over exaggerating. So i paid for nothing! Wend to Affidea clinic turns out i have c5-6 c3-4 c4-5 disc protrusion. Now waiting for physio and then operation! Nothing serious and over exaggerating.

  I first spoke to a nurse who seamed she understood my problem then she asked a doctor to visit me but he just gave me advices on how to avoid that issue.. I know all home remedy for what I have.. no need for him to tell me what to do. All I needed was a certificate to be able to stay at home and wait to go back to normal. He just laughed at me and said stupid things. This is not what I expect when I pay so much every year for an health insurance!!so unprofessional and uncomfortable!
