  I was expecting an argument with the staff in store as I'd spent the best part of a day trying to get through to them. However, their customer service in store is fantastic, Oscar who served me was professional, kind and helpful, the opposite of my experiences with both Three and Meteor. I'm delighted I've switched to Vodafone, I hope this level of customer care is maintained. Also, having visited the store, I'm not surprised calls don't get answered, they are extremely busy and there is almost a constant queue of customers.

  really poor service - paid for a new phone and sim card - was told it would be turn on the next day - waiting 5 days now and have called them several times - go to another shop
