  My child is studying at the waltons school of music in town so i had some loyalty and came into the shop with €1000 in my pocket to buy an electric piano this morning. I left 20 minutes later with the money still in my pocket.they had the piano i wanted, but the staff seem surprised that i had a few questions, and don't seem to give a damn about customer service.I'm going somewhere else.i'd be surprised if this business lasts another year.

  Absolutely awful. Xmusic were selling an amp for €199, exact same amp in Waltons charging €235. Eventually got them to match it but they gave me the run around on 4 separate occasions over a 3 week period and never ended up getting it in. Rip off merchants. No customer service. Management (Ciaran) is clueless! AVOID!!!!

  Very poor service. They overcharge and when confronted they say "oh, the pricing is wrong. I can give a refund" but don't be fooled, the "refund" is store credit. Avoid this kip and go spend your money at a reputable store.

  This is heaven for music lovers. Huge range of musical instruments...guitars, violin, keyboards, piano everything. The pricing is quite competitive and the sales person is very helpful.

  Nice range of acoustic guitars. There is a couple of sound rooms upstairs with amps if you want a bit more peace while testing guitars
