  We rented bikes from Dungarvan and cycled to Waterford in one day, 2 adults and 2 older kids, the rental company provided a shuttle back, which was great. Recommend that you start early, we stopped at the major towns along the way and took our time. First 2/3 was the most scenic. Book ahead of time for weekends or special bikes (tag a longs etc).

  Brilliant cycle path over some lovely scenic countryside. Some great facilities along the way such as Mount Congreve and Coach House coffee. The hire places allow you to do as much or as little as you like and provide transport back to your car. Really recommended if you're in the South East.
