  I'm renting a house from them at the moment and I think they're the best!!! Anytime when I have problem in the next few hours or the next day is fixed..... Never had problems absolutely love them!!!

  My son is sharing a house in student accommodation in Waterford, this morning his shower stopped working, as he drove to college he rang me to ask me to let Waterford home rentals know - after speaking to Becky in the main office I was informed they would get it sorted as soon as possible but that it might be mon or tues. I later received a phone call from one of their maintainence guys who informed me that if I could meet him in 15 mins at the house he would take a look at the shower. I grabbed the keys to that house and after closing my front door realised that I had left my keys inside - now stuck outside with no way of using my car or getting into my house I rang the guy to tell him what had happened and that I wouldn't be able to make our 15 min meeting. He asked if I had another key I said my bro in WIT had one, he then drove to WIT collected my brothers key and came to my house - what a rescue - way above what most would do - seriously!! I could have cried at his kindness - After thanking him - I rang the office to commend him - and them for their excellent service today. Well done you guys - you rocked a 5 star service today - Thank you

  Me and my wife with our two young children rented a place in Waterford from good old Amy Cunningham of Waterford Home Rentals two years ago , the place was in a bit of a state and needed builders coming to rectify the issues, one time we had €500 robbed by one of the builders (my own fault for leaving it our bedroom draw and forgot to take it out when they arrived) then when we went to move out she tried to keep our security deposit saying she would return it via bank transfer two days after she had gotten someone to inspect the property! So we refused to vacate the property until she retuned our deposit! (Which she eventually was forced into doing as she had new tenants arriving the next day!) Her way of trying to even the score with us over this was by her sabotaging any chance me and my family had of renting another place by telling anyone that has contacted her for a reference for us from her exaggerated versions our time renting from her! We couldn't rent anywhere in Waterford because of her telling other letting agents lies about us being bad tenants so we ended up renting in Carlow (which me and my family have found nicer than Waterford) She contradicted herself, as she did issue us with a letter of reference prior to us leaving the property we was renting from her! this is one nasty money grabbing totally unprofessional woman rent from her at your own risk!

  My family rented from Waterford Home Rentals for almost 4 years. Amy went out of her way at the beginning to find us a home that would allow our dog and would be comfortable for us after renting off a terrible agency previously and being desperate to find a place before our baby was born. Over the years they were helpful, friendly, and always responded to any request we had in a timely professional manner. They even helped us to find a bigger place to move into once we outgrew our first home with them and made it a quick and easy process! I would highly recommend renting with them!

  Very nice,helpful and pleasant staff...Pleasure to have a deal with Amy...never had any problems....always got deposit back...
