  Beware! This is room only, not cheap, no tea or coffee, and, in our case, the "bathroom" was a shared, small, under the stairs toilet and basin. No towels provided. Charming, welcoming owners with lots of excuses for the shortcomings but really not acceptable. 1 star for a comfy bed and 1 star for the blarney!
