  €20 is what they wanted to remove a link from my watch bracelet. Ridiculous, since jewelers do it for free.

  Such helpful and friendly customer service with an excellent selection, their own 'Moi' range is simply stunning. Easily the best jewellers in the country.

  Very disappointed - I purchased a watch and was unsure about it at time of purchase as it was a present. I enquired about refund and was told I could. When I went to return the watch as it was not the correct model I was refused refund despite being told I could do so. Very disappointing for such a reputable jeweller - I would have expected better customer support. The manager I spoke to on the phone was also very rude and condescending and I made feel that the purchase wasn’t significant enough for them to be concerned about. I'd recommend you avoid if at all possible.
