  Had my bin token stolen. Rang Letterkenny office and was told I needed receipt or written verification of purchase and to ring back again for an email address when I got it. I rang back and spoke with Kerri, a compulsive liar, who pretended she couldn't recall speaking to me 40 mins earlier because there was 10 other people in the office, none of which she could bring on the phone. A written verification was no longer adequate. The shop would have to access their till log from days prior and print a receipt. She told me her manager Louise would ring me back Monday. No follow through or call was received. Front line staff are the face of your company. A customer's first point of contact. Putting an incompetent person on the phone who's first impulse is to tell lies, has limited phone skills and no customer service ability shows that your company has no integrity. I was with Ferrys waste for 13 years prior to Wer taking it over. I changed bin companies this week.

  This company took over from another provider in my area, and I have been happy with the service. They are good at communicating if there is to be a change, but generally there is no change, and they collect the refuse when they are scheduled to do so.

  WERS now bring the same professional service for waste disposal to Donegal that they previously brought to Galway & Mayo.

  Be extremely careful when dealing with this Company. They are constantly late with their collections, they change their collection days without notification, the tag that they have can be easily removed from your bin and be used by someone else and despite being a customer for the last 15 years they are insisting that I produce a receipt for my tag that was stolen from my bin due to the fact that they were a day late in their collection.

  Awful! Do not use. Still trying to get bins emptied 4 days after we should have. 3 houses in a row. All with smelly bind and ferry tags. No collection. V v poor service. Called 4 times. Different story every time. Asked for manager to call me. Still waiting. Going witj the competetion. You have lost x3 customers.
