  Horrible!! My 94 year old grandmother bought all the girls sweaters for Christmas. 12 sweaters at $80.00 a piece. That's almost $1,000.00 in sweaters, she was told and it said on their website - exchanges could be made as long as it was before 1/31/2017. My sweater did not fit and when I tried to exchange it, before the 1/31/2017 I was told NO because they discontinued that sweater. They never told us or even stated this when they sold us the sweaters. Now I have an $80.00 sweater that I can't wear! This company says one thing and does another, do not trust them!

  Comment expliquez vous qu'après avoir lavé 3 fois mon pull à froid et à la main celui ci après séchage à plat c'est retrouvé feutré soit 2 tailles en dessous. J'avais acheté 2 pull identiques à Dieppe 76200. Le second a subit le même traitement et se porte à merveille. J'ai porté réclamation auprès du commercial de votre marque en Normandie. Il semblerait que cette dernière n'en ait rien a faire. Il me semble intéressant de signaler à cette dernière que je suis fâché de son laxisme et que j'entends bien le faire savoir par toute les méthodes mise à ma disposition. A commencer par Google !
