  Got my hair done from Johnathon. He promised me he would get my hair all over icy blonde in one session. Not only was my hair yellow and 3 different colours but the top of my head was BURNT and is still healing. I was charged a bomb and AFTERWARDS he told me it would need more then one session. I have never been so disappointed with my hair. He told me he would give me highlights complimentary. I told him I wanted to wait so that my hair wouldn't fall out as it was in terrible condition. As I thought a hairdresser would agree. When I asked to book in two weeks later for my highlights he said he would have to charge as it wasn't straight after my first appointment with him. No idea how he has a job in a salon, Absolutely crazy

  Got my nails done from a lovely lady but when booking my nail appointment I was told it was €35 for my nails said it to the girl who was doing them a few times asking was it €35 she said he's every time bit when I got to the till i was told €45 euros. I think the staff should communicate better with pricing as I wasn't expected to pay a tenner more but the girl did do a great job

  Refreshing to find a salon where they don't push products or treatments! Hair stylists are professional and honest,telling you what suits and what doesn't. Beauticians offer lots of tips and great advice making you feel welcome and comfortable from the minute you walk in. Been to a lot of beautician s in town over the years and this is by far the best.
