  It is obvious from the reviews below that they are coming from a disgruntled tenant and I am fairly certain that I am the landlord of the building that Westcourt managed to get this bad tenant removed from. There were a number of issues with the building when Westcourt took it over and their handling of everything was extremely professional. They got the building to a very good condition using their own workers who are excellent. They got the rents increased way above what I would have ever thought possible and more than covered the fees they charge and they removed the bad tenants in a very professional and totally above board manner. With all the legislation and constant changes I believe it is impossible to self manage properties now and that is why I would strongly recommend that you contact Colm if you are considering using an agency to manage your property. If you are a good tenant and want to be handled in a very fair and efficient manner then Westcourt is the ideal company for you. If however you are a bad tenant then I would suggest that you stay away from Westcourt as you will not be allowed to conduct your bad practices in any of their properties as evidenced by the bad reviews below.
