::Very enjoyable stay in Westport Woods. Staff very helpful and friendly and were fantastic when we could not travel home because of the snow. They gave us a very good rate for the two extra nights we had to stay.

::Me and my fiance came for dinner, we had a voucher for a 4 course meal. We were welcomed and the voucher was presented and accepted but after that we weren't very well informed as to what we were inclined to. The menu was sparse and boring. We both got the tomato soup which was bland and then my fiance being a vegetarian got the only option which was pasta and tomato sauce, it was overcooked and the sauce was the same as the soup. I got the chicken which had a nice sauce but that was it it came with mash and a small extra potato which was horrible. Service was also unprofessional, out waitresses seemed untrained and very shy. After this we got up and left after paying for our whine. I'm glad we had a voucher because I wouldn't have payed for that meal.

::Really nice staff. Professional and polite. Asked for a room upgrade. (10 year wedding anniversary) got one but it was just a room with an extra double bed??!! Don't want to sound ungrateful. But there are nicer rooms which I know we're empty. Anyway...... Price was very very reasonable. Rooms were clean. Free WIFI. Couple of tiles missing from bathroom, no big deal. Very nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Gym was decent. All in all, a nice place. I recommend.

::Breakfast was cold they were kept warm by t lights. Stayed two nights dinner was beautiful but on second night never slept from noise in bathroom behind mirror. Had it reported to duty officer and while she was in the room she also heard it she was shocked also. I have to give Receptionist 5 she was very helpful and welcoming.

::I really enjoyed the experience here. The staff really was so friendly and helpful. Such an amazing menu set out for our tour group, I had to lick my finger (metaphorical 😃). Helped me sending my post cards too
