  The place had lost a lot of the charm that the old White House used to have when it first opened but it has since improved. The place is still a bit generic but I can't find a particular fault with it. Prices maybe a bit on the high side but in line with the bars across the street (bar 101). Sort of place where you need to be in a group

  A 'sports bar' that has one TV that I saw. I wandered in mistaking it for somewhere with atmosphere and character. It seems to have tried to retain some original features but my brief visit left nothing to tempt me back for more. The only reason I haven't given one star is the friendliness of the one customer, who was clearly the worse for wear.

  Good atmosphere, young and old. Been there for the poetry recitles, which is a wonderful tradition and well.worth going for if youre into this sort of thing..

  Just popped in on spec. What a smashing place. Don't miss the downstairs loo .It is like a museum. The lunch menu, spicy tomato soup, chowder are highly recommended. I was in Limerick for the weekend at Perys hotel &_,it is not good

  Tight on buddy nights. Great fit a quiet pint. More space downstairs now thankfully. Cleaner and brighter. Good beers too.
